In this directory are tables of markers, their BAC addresses, and current contigs.

Contigs have been extracted from the FPC files at: "genome.arizona.edu/fpc/maize" . The date of the FPC contig computation is included in each file.

NOTE: Some addresses in the above tables may not yet be represented in FPC. This may be because the BAC has not yet been 'fingerprinted' or failed or because the marker has more than 1000 addresses.
