,

Schedule of representatives at the booth from participating resources at peak times (Sun reception, poster sessions).

Please see talks and posters listed below.

Crop Ontology (www.cropontology.org) is developed in the framework of the Integrated Breeding Platform (https://www.integratedbreeding.net/, Generation Challenge Programme) by the CGIAR agricultural community and partners for harmonizing the capture of field data by breeders and standardized annotations across genotypic and phenotypic data sources.  CO currently includes: banana, barley, cassava, chickpea, common bean, cowpea, groundnut, maize, pearl millet, pigeon pea, potato, rice, sorghum, soybean, wheat, yam.

Gramene (Reference plant genomes with focus on rice, maize and Arabidopsis) The Gramene Project is a collaboration between Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (CSHL), Oregon State University (OSU), the European Molecular Biology Laboratory - European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL - EBI), the Ontario Cancer Research Institute (OCIR), and the American Society of Plant Biologists (ASPB).
